Once you start using a custom database built with Microsoft Access, you may want to learn more about the built in features for creating your own queries and reports. There’s a wealth of resources available including sample databases, code, documentation, technical articles, reference guides and bug reports. Learn how to search the MSDN Knowledge Base - Access Section, Code Center, Library, and product specific sites on Windows, Office, Access and VBA. You'll soon be able to save money by using them as a source of free Technical Support for Microsoft Access. |

| There are many good books for learning Microsoft Access, Visual Basic for Applications, and SQL Server. A good place to start is Alison Balter’s Mastering Access Development. Get the edition for your version of Access - 97, 2000, 2002/XP, or 2003. Additional books for beginning, intermediate, and advanced users have been written by John Visecas, Paul Litwin, Ken Getz, F. Scott Barker, Roger Jennings, Susann Novalis, Rick Dobson, Evan Callahan, and Stephen Forte.
